any thoughts, i really loved watching him last year, and i thought that he would have had a better start to the year then this, i did not think that the liter bikes would give him such a problem.

I've been really rooting for him to come good into WSBK, but I'm surprised how poorly his season has gone so far. I haven't seen or read any press about his time on the big bikes this season, so it's really all a mystery to me. I hope something clicks soon, his teammates seem to be making some progress with the bike.

All riders on the new Cibby have struggled, mainly due to the chronic lack of development time. Even the "works" team, Ten Kate, only got the bike in time for them to do a "rider fitting" before they jetted off for Round 1.

The only rider who seems to have grabbed the Cibby by the throat so far has been Charlie Chucka, but you'd expect that with his vast experience anyway. It's way too soon to write Kenan off just yet. Give him tome to recover from his brother's death and he'll be back. There is a world of difference between the skill set required to ride a 1000 and what's required to ride a 600. Look at the other Supersport riders who have struggled...Pitt, Muggeridge...

First, Sofuoglu is right up there as one of my favorite riders.

I was surprised at how poorly Kenan has been doing. I think that a good amount of it is related to the fact the Honda delivered the bike so late. This not only limited development and set up time, it limited how much time Kenan had to get to know it before actually trying to be competitive.

Fortunately, one of the things that I really appreciate about Sofuoglu is that he acknowledges his inexperience and is committed to overcoming it.
