I can't remember if this has already been posted here...but I think it's worth a repeat!

Also, I downloaded a wall paper on Saturday afternoon from the motogp website. Fullscreen shot of Casey drifting the rear through what I think is turn 12, but I can't seem to find it again...

That angle makes Elias look even smaller than he is. The riding position seems not quite right either, although I suspect this is just because of the angle of the shot.

Actually, that's what I love about that shot. Because it was a 990, he did tend to look pretty small on it, but to me, it looks exactly right!

There's something strangely menacing and Gladiatorial about this picture.

Nah that's not it either. It was weird, coz I downloaded it as my desktop on the Saturday of the PI weekend and the next day it was gone. I'll do a screenshot and upload it or something.

The picture of Colin giving the Bird reminded me of someone..........

OK, Last retro pic. I like lots of things about this shot, the black line on the road, how relaxed the torso, arms and head appear, the puff of dust/smoke coming from under the left side of the bike.........the lean ang......wait a minute ! Was he that good...........or is that a low side caught the nanosecond it started ???

.......you tell me.........I've been staring at it for a while and I'm still 50-50 !

Edit........ Ok, I'll commit....front wheel looks like it's tucked, calf of left leg in contact with the ground from ankle to knee, black line inside ( closer to the hub) than the part of the tyre that should be leaving the mark.

Definately a front end lose.........whether he saved it or not, I don't know.

So , presuming it is a front lose......goes to show how fast it all happens .......he looks like he's still under the impression that he is turning the corner !

Haha! I got confused...where you were talking about black line and puff of smoke and stuff...I thought you were referring to the top photo! haha!

My vote is for front end lose...

yeah - the angle of the bike as compared to the angle of the body is just that bit more turned in. Would like to know for sure though. Great photo nonetheless. Thanks
