So now Dani is second in championship standings, with 18 points ahead of Stoner! Those 20 points Casey threw away in the previous race while 'racing to win' would sure come in handy just about now, wouldn't they?

Nine down, nine to go. Lots of chances for Stoner to come back - or indeed, for Pedrosa to overhaul Lorenzo.
